“ Its a cute little ice cream shopbakery. The only thing was they had limited flavors of ice cream due to someone being out sick. But the flavors they had were delicious. Smores and Not your mamas pumpkin pie. Both delicious. The waffle cones are the best Ive ever had. Crunchy and sweet, yet sturdy, like a cookie. Definitely will come again. ”

It was our first time in, so we tried a few different things. The ice cream is delicious, creamy, and very high quality! The rice Krispy treats....huge and gooey and wonderful. We we offered samples of clam chowder which the hubby really liked. We also got a danishstrudel, also wonderful! Prices arent too bad considering we know the price of all the ingredients is sky high right now. The owner was very friendly and fun to talk to. So glad to have this amazing small business that we can make our go to spot for sweet treats. ”

I chose the Coconut Creme Pie and Roasted Pistachio ice cream flavors while my fiance chose Dulce de Leche. All were delicious, and obviously use whole ingredients. It is a little pricey, but its worth the cost to support a local small business over an international franchise. ”

Got the Lavender Cherry dairy free ice cream and it tastes great. Also got the shortcake cupcake It was very good. Will be visiting Paulies again. ”
“ Phenomenal little ice cream and bakery store. They serve delicious homemade ice cream and baked fresh pastries. We had a few different ice cream flavors and everything tasted delicious and amazing. We have also tried Dole Whip and it is very tasty and refreshing. Their waffle cones are the best tasting and they are homemade too. We had a great experience. Staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The store is very clean, and beautifully decorated with Las Vegas pictures on the walls. Highly recommended ! ”

My daughter tried chocolate chip cookie dough, and my husband tried the Dulce de Leche with strawberry cheesecake, and that was very tasty! I tried the snickerdoodle but wasnt a big fan because this ice cream is not a very creamy type. To me, it seems like more waterbased. What I loved was that they make the waffle cone as soon as you order it, so it is fresh! We also tried the cheesecake from their bakery, and you get to choose what topping to put on top. We choose raspberry. This was literally one of the best cheesecakes I have ever tasted and a musttry! ”
